What’s The Word? Podcast Archives

Before Vallano Media became the digital media company it is today, **Cheval John served as the host of *What’s the Word?***, an interview podcast featuring conversations with professionals, entrepreneurs, authors, educators, media figures, and other guests.

The program was originally distributed through **BlogTalkRadio** and was part of Vallano Media’s early work in podcasting, digital storytelling, and multimedia publishing.

## About the Original Podcast

*What’s the Word?* featured long-form conversations designed to give guests an opportunity to discuss their work, experiences, ideas, and professional journeys.

Some episodes were also accompanied by video segments published through **Vallano Media TV**, portions of which have survived and are preserved in the Vallano Media archives.

## What Happened to the Original Episodes?

The complete audio archive of *What’s the Word?* is no longer available.

The podcast was hosted on BlogTalkRadio.

After Cheval closed his account with the service, BlogTalkRadio later shut down its platform.

As a result, Vallano Media no longer has access to the original BlogTalkRadio recordings unless separate copies of individual episodes are discovered in the future.

Rather than presenting an incomplete collection as a full podcast archive, this page preserves the material that still exists.

That may include:

* Surviving Vallano Media TV video segments
* Original episode pages
* Guest information and episode descriptions
* Screenshots and other historical material

## Preserving Vallano Media History

Although many of the original audio recordings are no longer accessible, *What’s the Word?* remains part of Vallano Media’s history.

The program represents an earlier chapter in the company’s development and documents Vallano Media’s work in interviewing, podcasting, video production, and digital publishing years before its current era.

Surviving material from *What’s the Word?* will be added to this page as it is reviewed and preserved.

**Archive note:** Material presented here is historical.

Guest titles, affiliations, organizations, websites, and other information may reflect their status at the time the original episode was recorded.
