AI Disclosure & Standards
From July 19th, 2026, Vallano Media has used artificial intelligence as a tool to support research, content development, verification, editing, and business operations.
AI helps us work more efficiently, but it is not treated as a source, final authority, or substitute for human judgment.
Our approach is built around a few simple principles:
Verify before publishing.
Factual claims produced or surfaced by AI are checked against reliable sources.
Check for what may be missing.
Accuracy includes not only verifying the information presented, but also checking whether important context or facts have been left out.
Keep humans responsible.
Final editorial and business decisions remain with Vallano Media.
Use credible sources. AI-generated answers are not cited as evidence.
Whenever possible, we rely on primary, official, and other reputable sources.
Protect privacy and confidential information.
Sensitive information should not be unnecessarily shared with AI systems. Preserve authentic voices.
AI may assist with writing and editing, but it should not replace the ideas, perspective, judgment, or voice of the person behind the work.
Correct mistakes.
If inaccurate information is discovered, we believe in reviewing and correcting it rather than treating AI output as automatically correct.
Our goal is not to use AI simply because it is fast.
We use it to help produce better-researched, better-verified, and more useful work while keeping human judgment at the center of the process.
